Solving the prime shields task using the k-means algorithm.
Working through the wire tasks in electrical and shield tasks in the shield room, I realized how easily the tasks in the game, Among Us, could be automated. Among us is a multiplayer game of teamwork and betrayal in which crewmates must complete tasks before being slaughtered by the imposter. Tasks can take from seconds to over a minute to complete. I deemed these tasks a challenge to automate.
But not all tasks were a simple click.
Some tasks, such as downloading or uploading files, require a simple click of the…
Using Shortcuts and Pythonista3 to force myself to walk 10,000 steps.
We all know that we should walk 10,000 steps a day. But unless you are a student with courses across campus, you probably don’t walk the 10,000 steps a day without putting your own time to walking the steps.
Studies show that walking 10,000 steps a day can :

Open Source, Hackathons, Volunteering, and Groups
Since freshman year of college, I have been programming. I started college as a pre-medicine student, but one reading by Atul Gawande that changed my mind about what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Many other pre-medical students share the same dream to someday miraculously save someone’s life through surgery. This feat would gory, stressful, and heroic.
But is this really the right way to save people?
In Gawande’s anecdote, he highlighted the importance of incremental care as opposed to surgical care, and he compared healthcare to a bridge. Would…
I took the challenge! Build a full stack volunteer platform in ASAP? You got it! The one problem was that I was on my own with some frontend and backend knowledge that was learned separately. It was a combination of fear, excitement, and curiosity, but I started studying up on how the backend system for this platform should scale and how AWS works so that I could easily integrate my project with what is currently available.
It was the responsibility and ownership that drove me to diving deep into how everything works instead of simply using sqllite, developing everything locally…
